30 Mar Celebrating Trans Talent this Trans Day Of Visibility
For Trans Day of Visibility this year, March 31, we wanted to take a moment to acknowledge some of the talented individuals that have joined our network since TransMission PR went live.
Help Us Celebrate the Best in Trans Talent this Trans Day of Visibility
Our vision is to create a network of communication professionals with first-hand experience of what it is like to be gender diverse.
We explain how they can bring their communications expertise to the table through the lens of having navigated the world differently from non-trans people.
This expertise provides a rich source of insight to any organisation, whether they are:
-
-
- Reactive – Firefighting after a poorly judged piece of internal or external communication exposed them to their lack of inclusivity.
- Proactive – Putting the necessary steps in place to ensure their approach is inclusive so that, as and when the need arises, they are able to make a meaningful contribution to the conversation.
- Progressive – Openly and actively taking part in the conversation.
